Central England Co-operative
In food retail, the Christmas trading period is critically important – so we were delighted when Central England Co-operative asked us to help them add value into their annual motivational Retail Conference for 400 store managers.
A half-day conference complemented an exhibition-based Christmas market – staged at Kettering Conference Centre - where we created a conference theatre set using a single central projection screen flanked by themed hanging banners and starcloth backdrop.
Within our brief for content and presentation development for the Executive presenters, we also worked alongside a local theatre company to include a live pantomime performance which delivered and reinforced key messages within the business presentations.
Other elements included a large dressed Christmas tree as the backdrop for a local choir, arranging transport, rehearsals and stage-management. Our expertise was also put to good use assisting with on-site delegate management as well as support and assistance throughout the event, which was gratifyingly described by the CEO as the ‘best ever’.
