How do you reach a national audience of over 7,000 delegates and deliver a consistent, high-quality learning experience to all of them? 

The solution is through a series of national seminar-style events where delegates can learn about new products and services and meet face-to-face with Sesame people and external providers who provide product support, development opportunities and business improvement. 

So Lemoncake set about creating and managing a highly complex multi-layered national roadshow, which involved: sourcing and booking all the venues to include a main presentation suite plus four breakout rooms; designing a suitable presentation set plus breakout room backdrops to fit all venues; operating voting handsets at each event; planning, designing and producing branding and directional signage; designing PowerPoint templates and processing up to nine different presentations for each session; managing a crew of six technicians, three vans and technical equipment; processing presenter and crew accommodation requirements; leaving absolutely nothing to chance – and still keeping a smile on our faces!
